In front of the camera
We aim to achieve this by providing a truly diverse and inclusive casting service at SHOTZ Casting. We leave no stone unturned in our quest to find talents from all demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds. Each encounter with a casting applicant during one of our castings helps us better understand how to approach diversity – may it be in terms of developing roles and characters, writing casting briefs, or connecting with talent agencies that share a similar spirit.
Behind the camera
When building our teams, we focus on a good balance of highly skilled crew members with a wide range of backgrounds. Based in Berlin, a melting pot of social backgrounds, we strive to work with people from all over the world on every project. We endeavor to work with a balanced ratio between genders, we regularly train interns to become integral parts of the film industry, and age for us is just a number.
For the future
